Our products are digital files that are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”, so all sales are final. When you buy, you agree that delivery starts straight away. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, that means you give up the 14-day right to withdraw once the download is made available.
If a file will not open, is damaged, or is clearly not what the product page describes, e-mail hello@digitalstudioultra.com within 30 days of purchase with your order e-mail and a short description or screenshot. We will send a working file or help you open it. If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund you in full.
If you were charged twice for the same product, or bought the wrong edition and have not downloaded it, write to us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate or swap the edition.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI, bank or PayPal). They usually show within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
